RKL - wave maker

Just got a RKL. First thing I setup is my heater and tonight I setup the wavemaker and had a question regarding cycle time. I set it to 15 seconds but was curious what others are doing. I have two power heads in my 75. They are sicce voyeger 3's, 1200 GPS.

Next is ato. Pleased so far.

Its been awhile, I set mine on A and B, at 30 sec. got the EVO 1400
