So after the move my RODI has been stagnant.
When I did, just unplugged and it’s been in the garage since November, I’m pretty sure the membranes are goners, but I wanted to ask if someone else have had this situation and after doing it plug it back, do some flush and drain a handful of gallons and have the unit reaching the TDS need it back again?

TIA for any input.

Mine has been sitting as well. I plan on disassembling the whole thing and cleaning it with citric acid, then replacing all filters and membranes. You may be able to get those old membranes working again but it'd be my guess that there is a considerable amount of bacteria buildup on and in them after sitting stagnate.

Thank you Adam!
I’ve got the replacements, thought I could try but it doesn’t seem feasible, I know that to keep bacteria to a minimal, and in order to keep your membrane life or to get the most time I’d have to had it storaged in the freezer but with so many things happening on a move the least thing I could’ve think off was to save both membranes, oh well, I’ll try or replace if needed.
