RO water additives

I have been using distilled water to make my saltwater. I have been adding IO salt, pH buffer and some Kent Essential Elements. Is this sufficient, or do I need to add/ do something different?

all you should HAVE to add is the salt. Now if your doing a reef you may want to add alkaline, calcium or magnesium to get it to the right levels, but other then that you done need to add anything.

IO and a cal react is all I add.

If you are doing regular water changes, adding essential elements is not nessesary. In fact it can do more harm than good.
