I have them on a 10 hr timer with 96 pc. Everything started happening after I was dosing with calcium and ion for a week. Any thoughts? Most of it is mainly on a new addition rock also and it is top of tank.

Was the rock recently out of water for a time? Or exposed during water changing?

That can kill coralline but if left submerged it will grow back.

Oh! I believe that it was during a water change? I'm pretty sure. I'll take care and pay attention next time before I freak. There really isn't anyway to not expose it in it's present seat. Will it hurt my tank?

No it won't hurt anything. Might want to lower the stack so it's not exposed during a water change or you'll have a "line" of white above the coralline (happens too if you leave coralline on the back and/or sides and it gets exposed during water changes).
