I need help. The only place I have to install my rodi is at my pex piping (pictured). Does anyone have this install?

I had to cut into my pex, which I actually have polybutelyene pipes "same same"! and install a shark bite t with a shut off. Just ensure you place it on the cold side.

As stated it will never see salt water, as your only providing fresh water to your rodi unit. But shark bite is the manufacturer, it's really nice and convenient because it's simply a push connect fitting so you don't have to worry about crimping or anything. If you do happen to go with the shark bite fighting don't forget the little plastic tool used to remove it, its like $1 or 2 but you will kick yourself if you need it and don't have it!

Can I see where your waste water drains to?
Its all about your location, mine isn't the prettiest but it works! I just run the tubing along the floor in my garage and under the door to the outside. Is your laundry room near by or a sink that you can use a drain saddle or something like that.

Just run tubing to drain pipe your washer drains into. Small tubing should fit fine. Zip tie to washer drain line to hold in place. Just my thoughts if possible as I don't know your layout.

All I have is the drain line in the above picture. I'm nervous about tapping into it too. I'm in the basement and below sewer level so its on a pump. A check valve should do...I guess.

Show a pic of the pump, and either easy as long as you use a saddle valve positioned on top it shouldn't be a problem.
