Hi Everyone,
I just set up my rodi system. Ive checked and can't see where I have it hooked up wrong. when I turn the power on it jumps way past 100psi and stays there. It momentarily vibrates violently and its rather loud also. Any suggestions?

I can tell from the right side canister it's not hooked up properly. Water should flow thru all filter canisters then to DI membrane then out.

Edit - maybe that is a line coming out from closer inspection...

Ok, i traced the lines and they seem to be installed correctly as far as i can tell. All 3 resins are plumbed after the other canisters and membranes. I adjusted the pressure on the booster which seems to fix the problem...mostly. When I power the system and the valve to the RO water tank is closed it still vibrates but when it is open and I manually lift the float valve the system shuts down and all is good, no problems. Should the last valve and the pressure switch be reversed?

@ricky5415 The middle pic shows the valve and pressure switch I'm wondering if they should be reversed. The last pic shows the black ro line coming off the top membrane that still does this crazy shaking and rattling thing every few seconds. It's annoying.
