Salt changes for no reason

Water added but my salt jumped two percent in ten min.

Anyone else seen this? Could just be an apex error

You're seeing this on your Apex readout?
Does it follow your temperature probe?
Have you added temperature compensation?

The Apex salinity probe is notoriously problematic. In addition to adding temperature compensation, as mentioned above, micro-bubbles on the probe can also be a problem. There is an accessory for sale (a flushing type probe holder) to help, or you can read on the Apex forums what others have done to help mitigate the issue.
