Salt question

I started out with IO, then switched to Reef Crystal. Rit is having Reef Salt for sale and I'm thinking of getting a few boxes, but I'm wondering if changing salt will change the chemistry and crash the tank. Has anyone tried switching this salt before?

I switched from IO to Salinity. I change my water less now lol. I dont think it'll crash your tank... MAYBE... it'll annoy your coral for a day or so like in my tank.

Tim has amazing prices on salinity too. For 120g its $48 and you don't have to pay for sales tax tomorrow. Plus with salinity they test every batch of salt and print what levels you're going to get with that barrel.

if you are buying from rit id recommened the coral pro salt..ive only heard great things about it..im currently using the same companys red sea salt but about to buy the coral pro salt...has more calcium and magnesium so u dont have to dose...from the reviews its amazing for the corals
