My sand section of my fuge is a 48x24x24 section of one of my sumps and I would like to have ~8" or so. That means I need a lot. There is only an inch or so which is why I want to add the rest now.
well i would say go to one of those places that sell it by the tun just see if they sell Aragonite sand. Rent a small pickup it will hold probably 2x what you need you need something like 4-6 square feet of sand depending on depth
