Hey got this about 2 weeks ago doing fine put him in my 20g I transfered everything over to (sand&water) and he just been roaming i dont think there is enough food now.,, anyone would like to trade or hold him for me for about. Month or so lol

You're assumption is correct and it does need to be re-homed. In the meantime, I had some success directly feeding and sand sifter bits of frozen food. I'd squeeze a little bit close to where he was and then squirt a bit more under the sand. Honestly, I don't think a month or so is long enough to get a decent population of food stuff for the little guy. Once they get going, they can really clean a sand bed out pretty quickly.

Mine come to the surface every time I feed frozen. Chopped scallops maybe
