SB Reef Lights- Pro 32"

I bought SB Reef Lights sBox Pro 32" Timer for my 55 gal tank, anyone has this light and would like to share the time setting and intensity?

15% on whites and 65% on the blue. Lights are on for 12 hours. 1 hour ramp up and a 1 hour ramp down. My blues were at 75 and had to turn them down a tad. I have a 18" sbreef extreme wifi or something like that.

Ok,Thanks! my light can't ramp up and down automatically,it just has a LCD Screen for setting the times for ON/OFF,but it has both dimmers,one dimmer is for blue channel,another dimmer is for white channel.
