ok so me and my girlfriend are wanting a scooter for our tank, but also want a goby shrimp pair will this be ok or will the 2 fish not like each other?

What size tank are we talking about? I've got a Scooter Blenny in my 70G with two pairs of shrimp gobies and pistol. The gobies ignore the Scooter Blenny for the most part unless he wanders by the burrow, then he just gets chased off. I think it would be fine in a smaller tank too, but I have not tried it.

My opinion is that you would be ok. I spent a lot of time getting my scooter blenny to accept and eat frozen and dried food before I introduced him to the tank. I kept him in a small 10G QT tank with some sand and liverock. It took about a month to get him accustomed to eating the frozen, some may pick it up quicker if they are already eating preparred food. I had a scooter blenny in my 125 with a pistol and it's goby no problems at all.
ok who should i get 1st? the scooter or the pair?
