sea grass wrasse

Anyone have any experience with these. I know they say with caution. I bought one put in the tank and it went for a dead hermit crab then one of those small star fish. So I snatched him out. I’m not so worried about the crabs and stars but I have peppermint shrimp I just put in there and I don’t want them to be breakfast/lunch/and dinner. Let me k ow if anyone has thoughts. Great looking fish. Thanks
