got a hippo this week and would like to know if anyone out there use this brand of seaweed

doesn't appear to have any additives on it but not so sure about the "roasted" part

Should be ok, seeing as it appears to be unseasoned ("0" sodium). Taste some yourself and if it tastes like, well, anything then it's been prepared as a snack food (not great for tangs) rather then as a base ingredient (perfectly fine).
