If the PAR meter is actually any good it has possiblilites. But I'm skeptical. Anyone have a good PAR meter that we could benchmark it against?

Did anybody ever end up checking one of these out? I was looking at one solely for the PAR meter, but I've heard from great to crappy in the review.

This product is not new in the market, is been there for quite some time, I got lost on the reviews that it had a while ago. If I'm not recalled wrong is been more time in Europe than in the U.S.

Well.......FedEx man dropped off the new toy today. Time to play around with it when I get home. I'm still looking for someone with a different par meter to compare readings against.

Glad I got this. I was getting 300 part on the bottom of my frag tank. Whoops!

Wait I thought par meters don't give you correct readings with leds?

They can under report certain colors by around % 10.
