Hello ARC, I’m a 90 day old hobbyist and I’ve already bought a 450 gallon tank. Lol. I’d like to hire some one and pay a flat rate of $500 to set up my tank. I have sumps, skimmers, Rock etc. These aquarium stores trying to charge me $150-225 per hour with no minimum or max. So basically they want a Blank Check. 😂😂

I won't be able to help with this but I do have some questions about what the plan here is. I figure some additional info may help anyone considering doing this.

Is the tank already in its final location?

What's the structure of the flooring like? If it's anything other than a concrete slab, I would seriously consider evaluating if the floor is even strong enough and if it needs reinforcement. This thing will weigh over 4000 pounds when set up.

Presumably this will be a FOWLR tank? (Fish only with live rock). Do you have lighting? Do you have an RO unit? For a tank this size you really ought to have a saltwater mixing station.

What's the purpose of that hygger overflow contraption when the tank is already drilled? Will it even fit over the eurobrace?

Do you already have plumbing and a return pump on hand?

Why use an expensive canister filter when you already have a sump?

It looks like the skimmer with neck cleaner is too tall to fit in that stand. Will you use it without the neck cleaner?

This is a really huge leap into the hobby. Good luck!
