So I’m setting up a doser and understand the basic process of calibration. Another question I have relates to the length of the hose... does the doser need to run longer if the hose is longer or is that dealt with in another way? Just trying to think through how the doser works in combination with the hose length I ultimately use. Or maybe the hoses are full after running once or twice and the hose length doesn’t matter?

What doser are you using? They are not all the same to seup. Some need a check valve on the end of the hoses to keep the syphon others do not. The manufacturer should recommend a maximum length of the tubing

I’m using the Jeabo 4 channel. So it sounds like I will basically bleed the hose like an old fashion brake job... once all the air is out it should give me a measured dose per rotation of the dosing head.
