Hey Man,

I haven't tried to ship anything ( I'm not a dealer or anything like that). That looks like the way I've gotten frags in from Glen ( Spikes Corals). Both Glen and Reefwerks seem to have a a good reputation when it comes to shipping. Pretty much you are a slave to the shipping company and your driver (I have heard that Fed Ex is supposed to use air conditioned truck).
I believe that being a good dealer means taking care their order<span style="color: Black"> not if but when</span> the shipping company messes up (Have a back up frag the buyer).
