I am buying a couple of things from BRS that I have needed for a bit, Screen Mesh kit, filter socks etc and to maximize shipping I thought I would try and work out what I need in the future when I pick my first few corals. From initial readings i need something like coral RX dip and some form of glue or cement. Is there much else from a coral perspective that would be needed?

You can use superglue gel for the glue probably cheaper. Maybe a frag tool kit, plugs, and plug rack?
Or you can always use LR rubble.

Something I plan on buying soon is the "Julian Thing" I think that's what it's called.

I'd shop local, not really going to save that much after shipping.
Rx dip at your lfs, super glue gel and screen kit at Home Depot

only problem with the screen is HD doesnt have the clear screen.

True, they only have black or stainless steel.

Go out it the garden center and get the netting they put over ponds it works just as good
