My favorite is the first one. What are some of the characteristics of the specific fish? What is the name of that fish? Leopard Wrasse?

Wannabee

P.S. What size tank to you have them in?

I have a Super Male Lineatus wrasse and it doesn't even come close to the parrot fish I have.

You got it. Gets along with others; model citizen. Did I get the leopard part correct?

I see that Dr. Foster and Smith has the leopards listing -- Care Level -- for Experts Only. I salute you with taking care of a quality fish as the leopard wrasse. It'll be a long time before I attempt to have one is a tank. Beautiful fish for sure.

P.S. So they are similar to clowns; they can change their identity from one to the other. Great to know that there are other species besides the clowns that can do that.

you potter's does not look healthy at all, sorry to say. They should be eating high quality (PE mysis, Hakari mysis with SELCO Boost 2-4 times a day minimum). She looks very thinned and the area on her side just behind head is indented indicating malnutrition.

That bulge underneath the neck of that Halichoeres melanurus is abnormal.

this wrasse looks great!

The potters is only a week old, still fattening him up, he eats PE mysis and brine shrimp along with prepared meals I made

the Melanurus developed that bulge after the tank transfer upgrade. Worried about him.

I'm not blaming you at all! just pointing out observations...

Potter's should be fed 4-6 times a day at least PE mysis & high quality shrimp with S.E.L.C.O. Boost in order to "fatten up" before it's too late...just an FYI
