Sicce Products

I have few sicce powerheads. Very quiet. Look well constructed. From my understanding their products have a very low failure rate.

I have two sicce powerheads. When I hooked them to a wavemaker one got to where occasionally it would get in a position where it would not restart on its own.

I still have one on the wave maker and added a Koralia. The smaller size is nice although it makes a bit of a noise coming on and off while my sicce is unnoticeable.

Also you can see my earlier post today regarding Koralia where the face cap broke. I'm not holding that against them yet.

I'm running a Sicce syncra 5 for my return pump. Nice and quite and working great for a year now.

They are not the prettiest pumps but well made. I've been running two on a red sea wavemaker for a year now dead silent and have taken the abuse well. plus they have a 3 or 5 year warranty, can't remember which.

Thanks for bringing that up. Good idea to inquire as to why one of my powerheads stopped restarting occasionally after I put them on a wave maker.

I received an email from their CEO on a LinkedIn group encouraging hobbyists to try their products. Unlike sports cars and shoes, Italians aren't best known for their aquarium products. I wonder if I get permission from the ARC BOD, if I can set something up about offically introducing his products to us and at more generous discount.
