I currently have one setup in my 55g salt tank. (mid left corner, pointing slightly up to the front middle) It is set out of the box, wide open. From what I can see it has:
(looking at it from the flat side on top - turn disk to the left)
(1) low - almost closed holes
(2) med - mid closed holes
(3) high - all open holes (out of the box it comes this way)
(looking at it from the flat side on top - turn disk to the right)
(4) high? - mid closed holes that spread the jets to a wide pattern
(5) low? - looks like almost closed holes that spreads jets to a wide pattern
I am thinking about pointing it more to the middle of the tank instead of up and changing the deflector to #4 - wide pattern to give more broken/larger area flow. (I think)
Does anybody else do this? Does that sound correct?
