Sick Plate?

I'm not sure what is going on with this one. I know that lighting can cause bleaching but nothing has changed with the lighting in 6 months, I am using a standard T5 fixture.

Did I mention I am home with a four day old baby...... sleep deprived but happy. Sorry, here is the pic.

Edit: You can see that it seems to be bleaching out in the middle just above the streaking Rusty Angel.
