Sick Pygmy Angel

I have a Pygmy "Cherub" Angel that appears to be getting sick. I have had it for about three months. I noticed that it was not eating as much as usual tonight, and when I looked more closely I saw that there is a white spot at the base of the fish's tail. It is visible from both sides of the tail, so it is not just something on the scales. It must be internal.

Is there anything I can do to help this fish pull through? :unsure:

I would say go buy Green X buy for some reason they discontinued it.. that makes me mad because this stuff was truely GOD IN A BOTTLE!!! umm but anyways i would try a freshwater dip for a couple minutes well like 10 minutes. This could take care of it. This has happend to my blue tang a couple times but the next day the spot goes away? Just watch closely. I hope he pules through.
