Silversides and Cleaner Shrimp...

<span style="color: black;">When I feeding my GBTA I had 2 cleaner shrimp going nuts trying to get the silversides pieces...So I decided to give the shrimp a small piece each and they were ravenous on those pieces...Is it a good idea to feed cleaner shrimp fish since they suppose to help by cleaning fish?</span>

I try to feed the fish at the same time so there distracted from the silversides. My 2 peppermint did it all the time and it helps.

Shrimp are just like crabs....opportunistic eaters. If they see/smell it they will go after it, so it's best to distract them and feed them something while the slower eating corals have a chance to eat.

give them a small piece of squid before you feed the 'nem. They'll chew on it for hours!
