I had picked up a single polyp a few months back. This thing really hasn't shown any signa of multiplying. I have Purple Deaths that after a few days were multiplying, same with my Joey's. This particular one just won't multiply. It opens just fine. Do these thing just take longer if it's a single polyp, or do you actually need "two to Tango"? :D

What type of polyp is it? And yes, some varieties grow like seeds and some take a very very long time.

I don't remember what Eric "dabo" called it. I think I picked it up in Aug. So I would have thought it would have multiplied by now. Sorry, blues were on. I will see if I have another pic with the 10k's on.

Wow that's vibrant!
Sometimes it takes a while to find the right spot. I had some tubbs blue that never did anything, then I read somewhere on here that they don't like a lot of light. Moved them down lower and Bam they took off. Maybe they like a lot of light or a little less.

If all else fails turn the lights down low and put on some soft Barry White music and give them some privacy- works every time!

i have 2 space monsters that have been 2 heads for 6 months happy as can be just will not grow lol
