Skimmer help

I have had no expereince with skimmers whatsoever but I know I will need one on the 58g tank I'm going to start soon. I plan to do all types of corals and have a heavy bioload. I'm going to take it really slow but I always like to have every thing ready ahead of time. I would just like to know; what would be the best skimmer for this type of tank?

I would like to have a 10g sump and a 10g refugium.
