skimmer set up

I have a question on skimmers. I have a relatively new 65 gal and am using an Eshopps 120 skimmer. "setting" the level of the bubbles seems to be an art since the level varies a lot. Is there a trick to setting the level? Where should the bubble level be?

I like to set up: bottom of the neck on the cup, then just let it do its thing.

Id set it like heath said. After a week or so u will need to adjust it after it "breaks in"

Eshopps are known to be tricky to adjust
