Skimmer thoughts, opinions

Hey all. Well, Santa Claus is bringing me a Bubble Magus Curve 5, for my under construction 90 gallon FOWLR. Can I get some reviews on this skimmer, and any experiences with it?

I've had a bubble magnus in the past (can't remember model #) and liked it. Pretty easy to tune and was reliable. I believe if you stick with the more common brand names skimmers then you should be fine.

I've read a lot of good reviews about the curve series over on reef central. I used an older HOB skimmer and it was pretty good. The pump died on me kind of randomly but that was an older Atman pump which they don't use anymore.
