small frag tank feed pump size

so I'm installing a 20x16x11 frag tank on the side of my display. what feed pump would you guys recommend. 2 thoughts I had...

1 just a mj1200 for a tank that small.

2 if I went with a larger pump I could use it for flow in the tank too.. with the installation of a hydor or something.

the drain from the tank will be 1"
