Smallest tank for an Angler?

What do you guys think would be the smallest tank you could put an Angler fish only in? I really want one but want to have it in a small tank that way I can always see me and not have to look in a huge tank lol

What size tank do you have? I think the smallest you can go is a 30 gallon they get about 4" to 9" So its according to which one you get. But the Black Angler gets about 1' 3".

I was thinking of one of the smaller ones and I was thinking of like a 12 halon mano cube

Anglers don't need a ton of space. They are not big swimmers. But they need to be either alone in a tank, or in a tank with fish that are 3+ times the size of them.
