Snails very important

The same thing happened to my shipment I got from them yesterday around 2pm. I ordered the 50/50 and 3 turbos. The crabs seem to be fine, most of the snails haven't moved, and my turbos are dead. On the order page they have a 15 day guarantee, Im just not sure I want to take the time to uploads pics of everything.

I actually said forget it and put them all in my tank yesterday just to see and this morning after some time in my tank everything seems to have survived but I'm not sure about my turbo he's the only snail that hasn't moved I'm gonna give it another day or two and hope that he just needs some time to recouperate from the rough dry trip of shipping. So IMO just toss em in your tank and hope for the best if they still haven't moved in three days then take action that's what I'm gonna do I think good luck guys!!
