I bought a frag of zoo from a local LFS the other day and this thing popped up. Anyone know what it is ?

I think you guys are right on the majono, just read a bit about them. Probably explains why the zoas around it are not opening. Any suggestions how to kill it. I kinda like it but I like my zoas better.

a lighter and a pressurized can of hairspray....


or a blowtorch.....and im kidding.....if its on a frag plug.....just get some snips and break where it is attached off and toss in trash.....or if you really wanna kill it...revert to lighter and hairspray above...


if you are able to break it off...the plug, piece of rock....whatever....just try to be sure to not leave ANY flesh of it on the rock and or plug....or it will be back....

theyre like the Terminator.....(if you dont catch the reference, watch the movie again)....

The fire is a little extreme but I was thinking an m80 might work.

Edit: But seriously like topic said remove the price it is attached to and you should be good.

Ive been trying to kill this stuff for a while!Its a war and just when I think Ive won,it comes back!I think its the off spring of the Terminator!But really how do I get rid of this stuff for good?I really like my rock but Ive been thinking I may have to get rid of it or let it dry out.Any fish or shrimp that might eat this stuff?I want it gone!

I worked the foot up and pealed it off. Looks like I got it all. We will see. you guys are right, I thought I had a good two for one on the zoa. My LFS saw it too and should have made me aware of what it was !!

maybe a tassled filefish.....but once its out of them it would probably starve to death so make sure you find someone else with the same majano issues
