Tank size, stand and sump details, how is the tank setup (drilled? overflows? closed loop?

It's a 90 gallon reef ready Marineland tank with Durso kit already, left side overflow. Problem is it was already plumbed but not pleased with the return and unions. Manifold created but had problems with switching out return Pump and would really like everything corrected for problems down the road. K1-160 ICECAP protein skimmer and Jebao MDP Smart DC 3500 return pump.

Looks like you need a bigger sump. Looks pretty cramped. And will it be big enough when the power goes out not to flood the house? I cant stress enough to have room in your sump to work and to perform a simulated power outage.

Tested it and when it drains it stops at a right amount with room to give.
