Spots, Eggs, or What?

A couple of weeks ago these spots started appearing all over my tank. On the overflow, on the rock, even on snail shells. They are about the size of a grain of rice, but a little more oval and not so thin. They look like little eggs or something.

Does anyone know what they are?

OK, thanks for the ID. I had read about nerite snail eggs on reefcentral, but it mentioned that they were the size of seseme seeds while these are quite a bit larger than that so I thought they might be something else.
