Spouts for LFS water containers

Anyone know if you can purchase spouts for the water containers you get at the LFS?
The 5 gallon ones like Pure Reef sells and Jenn use to sell.

Gas can spout maybe??

The thread is too large to just rob one and screw it on, but maybe I can just punch a hole through the cap and use the spout portion.

I think the thread in the knockout hole is 3/4" standard thread... Try taking a cap to home depot and try a 3/4" plastic adapter with either a hose barb or a valve.

Yeah you have to knock that hole out in the cap and use a standard 3/4" adapter or a 3/4" threaded "spout/nozzle".

Thanks everyone, another member said he could get me a cap for the container that has a spout that will collapse back into the cap. I would have gone with the barb fitting and a small portion of hose had he not gotten in contact with me. Thanks for the tips though!!
