Sps lost it's color will it get it back?

I went to my lfs and bought my first piece of sps. I took it home and one of it's branches is starting to bleach out. I'm running a new led light set that I built, and it's supporting the life of everything else quite nicely. Will the color come back? Will it affect the other branches? And should I return it while I have a chance? I literally bought it yesterday.

It really depends, Yes its possible to get the color back but you need to determine what is causing it to bleach. Did you acclimate the coral to the lighting?

It was aquacultured, and I did not acclimate it to my lighting.

Did you acclimate to the water? Take a peek at it at night. Well I guess now to see if there are any critters besides pods crawling on it

I was told I didn't need to aclimate corals because of all the water held inside of them. There's nothing crazy growing in it, just some pods maybe
