Standard Metal Halide Ballast to Pulse Start conversion

I have two 250w Core and Coil type ballast for Metal Halide and picked up some 20k Ushio bulbs that require pulse start.

What caps and ignitors do I need to pick up to convert this to a pulse start ballast?
