Star polyp question

Ok my star polyps are being so annoyingly fickle. They don't ever fully open for the past 2weeks I don't understand it and I got my water tested and everything is perfect..... I'm so confused...
 
Yea that's probably it i have known they were gonna need replacing I just didn't know when they still light up and all I guess they just get weaker over time?

Edit: How long do those biocube lights normally last?

Yes star polyps grow like weeds but not under low light te least for me. I had huge rock covered with it and it was getting all over the place. I traded that rock and kept some growing on the back of the rock work and that hasn't grown much.
