Anyone out there had an issue with the stealth heaters? While I was out my wife touched the water in my sump and received a shock. No issue in my display tank. After some troubleshooting and a few shocks later I discovered it was the heater. Only about a month old. There are bumps about half way up the heater. I goggled any issues, but could not find any.
