I have not subscribed yet, I have sent the ARC a message because there was not an option to pay $20 through paypal, so I can't post stuff for sale with this free membership. ARC still has not gotten back with me yet.

Right now you are registered User. Members are those that have paid the yearly dues. You may not post items for sale yet because you have not met User post count minimums.
If you wish to join the ARC thru the student plan, PM Stacy22. She is the Membership Coordinator and can tell you how to proceed.
