can one use walmart or dollarstore super glue to frag corals..is super glue safe?

Oh yes, $1 for 3 tubes. Gel works best FWIW

All I use is SuperGlue Gel from the $1 Store.

Don't use Loctite 401. I use it at work all the time, and figured it was the same as all the others. Boy was i wrong. I lost 10 or so frags of some higher dollar zoas before i realized the glue was killing them.

It is. That's why i thought there wouldnt be a problem, but i guess there is something else added.

Is that the black bottle with the blue sides you squeeze in? I've used many of those bottles up never had a problem

Nope, it's a specific formula they make. We have cases of it at work. I too have used their control bottles with no ill effect. I'll try to find a bottle of it when I get a chance, and post the details

Ya locktite and 401 are two different formulas. I have used regular for years with no problem. It is expensive and their is cheaper crap out there.
