Sustainable pods for my 125

I want to purchase some live pods for my tank and would like to create sustainable live foods in my tank. What’s the best way.

They are sold at many LFS's. How to add depends on your setup. If you have a refugium I would add there, or in the sump if you have matrix, ruble or suitable habitat. They will make their way throughout the tank. if you add to the display I would do so after lights out. GL
