Switching Lights

I currently have pcs but want to upgrade to t-5 lights, but I want to know if I have to buy a new hood fixture or is there anyway I can keep the fixture and just replace the lights and save a couple of hundred of dollars.:thanks:

Best thing is to buy a retro fit. Make sure they have individual reflectors or they aren't worth your time and money. Keeping the fixture will be very hard, the reflectors are generally 2.5" wide a piece. I guess if you have that room, then yes you could use it. Even if you have to take some time to save up, do it right and buy the better equipment....or try to find something used along the lines of what you want. Take it from me, buying and re buying lighting is NOT fun and is way more expensive in the long run.
