Ive been running a 150w coralife clamp on 14K and Im afraid its just not blue enough for sps on my 36" 30G long, I looked at the 150W 20K radium bulbs and they are beautiful but I think I would achieve a better PAR with a t-5 actinic suppliment overlapping the first and last two hours of the MH cycle. Since I also intend some serious moonlighting in the near future Im looking for the perfect T-5 actinic/led moonlight combo keeping in mind space is limited to the first 4 or 5 inches on the front of the tank.
this info is probably posted already but im feeling lazy...:)

are there any clip on moonlight possibilities for the coralife clamp on???:D

im not really sure what your looking for but on my sunpod I had the same problem. I was able to rig up a mounting bracket to the actual sunpod fixture and I had a t-5 retro kit laying around and just hooked that up. really adds good color.
you might also want to try new bulbs. EVERYONE says that the radium 20Ks are a really nice blue with good par BUT ive had them and I do not know if i am color blind but I cant tell ONE BIT of difference between them and the phoenix 14ks im running now. except for the price:thumbs:. maybe im crazy but im sticking with the phoenix from now on.

A canopy would probably solve all your problems too.
