T5 bulbs what colors would I need?

Hello everyone,

Im pretty sure you've all had this question asked a million times but i thought i ask anywaysm Been doing some research and I thought I ask what kind of colors would I need for t5 bulbs? Also what are some decent brands out there like ATI?

Thought I start calculating the amount of money I would need for the ATI system im thinking about buying in 2 week.

Been making a wishlist. Thank you for reading.

I'd use a few actinic to give corals color. Giesemann and ATO are the best IMO. I've used both and am currently using giesemann on my 250.

Bulb selection is personal preference when it comes to color. Your cant go wrong with Geisemann or ATI when it comes to performance vs value. But my personal perference has always been KZ bulbs for coloration. I've always like their Fiji purple the best for sps florences. This being said, this was my set up


3X KZ super blue ( 22k color)
2X KZ Coral light ( highest par of any bulb I believe)
2X KZ New gen (14k color)
3x KZ fiji purple

I like half blue / half day lights

6 bulb - 3 blue+, 2 coral+, 1 ge6500k (probably switching these to aqua blue specials or kz new generation)

8 bulb - 4 blue+, 2 coral+, 1 ABS, 1 kz NG
