T5 fixture for 40 gallon breeder sps tank

I am looking to buy a new fixture for my 40 gallon breeder sps tank and I'm not the richest person in the world so I had a few options that I thought would work for me for the time being in terms of t5 light fixtures for an sps tank.

most of my sps are high up (2 to 3 inch below surface of water or medium height (5 to 6 inch below water surface).

I have posted the fixture pictures and wanted to know what you all thought. I know ati would be awesome to have but I don't have the funds for it right now.

1. Aquatic life illumination vega hid with t5 (x2 39w) and led unit. It has reflectors. Not sure if it comes with a fan.

2. Some random t5 unit from eBay. Comes with t5 (x6 39w) and led. Only ventilation system. Comes with reflectors. I was going to mod it myself with fans and better reflectors from bulk reef (if they carry any).

3. Any other you guys could recommend me that won't cost me a fortune right now.

Yes. Don't buy something you will want to upgrade later because you don't have the funds right now. Save up and wait for a good used deal to come up.
