T5 Retro fit problem

My actinic T5's just went out.....when I turn them back on they Flickr but then shut off. I checked all the bulb connections and they seem fine (that was the problem last time this happened a few months ago).

Any ideas as to why this maybe happening?

If a bulb goes out will that cause this problem?

nevermind....figured it out.....one of the wires snapped.
