T5 verses PC

I have a couple of PC's over my 100 gallon tank. Tank is about 25-30 inches deep. The PC's total 260 watts. I am reading that T5 is the better option.

The T5 configuration that will fit my 30 inch tank yields 96 watts. Is it true that 96 watts of T5 will work better for a reef tank than 260 watts PC?

I have anemones, mushrooms, colt coral, frogspawn. They currently all seem to be doing well over the last 60 days under PC's. Should I upgrade and why?

What bulbs (length and wattage) are you running to get to 260W PC?

2 sets of 30 inch coralife with 4 65 watt bulbs.
