T5s keep going bad

So I have an icecap 660 running my 4 39w t5 bulbs. This is not working out. I have 4 large fans on the bulb ends and I am still going through a bulb every two months. Pretty sure I need to change to a different ballast is the answer I will get but which one is a good one? Or has anyone had luck with a 660 and t5 bulbs.

You may want to PM [Snowmansnow] to see if he can offer any advice. I believe he uses T5 lighting. You could also do a search on his [screen name] and T5 lighting for posts that he has posted.
